Product details

Density Pants are a protective base layer developed for integration under technical training or racing apparel. Certified to EN 1621, they provide targeted shielding in the trochanteric (hip) and femoral areas—critical zones for energy dissipation during lateral impacts or slides—without interfering with riding dynamics. The chassis is constructed from high-elasticity, breathable technical fabric, designed to ensure a compressive and anatomical fit that prevents protector displacement during physical activity. The low-profile design minimizes overall thickness, allowing the Density Pants to be worn under any Cross or Enduro trousers without creating pressure points or restricting joint mobility. The protective system utilizes removable ergonomic inserts, a solution that simplifies garment maintenance and allows for frequent laundering of the synthetic textile support, ensuring high wear resistance and optimal hygienic standards over time.
